SAM: agents build the model, people make the call
SAM is the agentic, semi-automated data analysis and scorecard modeling platform we build for enterprises: a modeling supervisor agent orchestrates seven specialist roles along a fourteen-step pipeline, with fourteen named human gates, on-premises deployment and light compute. End-to-end product templates make model building and testing zero-defect and zero-code.
One supervisor, seven specialists, three cross-step roles
The supervisor agent SAM-00 orchestrates project state, step dependencies, parameter budgets, re-runs and evidence. Seven specialist agents divide the Step 0–13 modeling pipeline between them, while three cross-step roles span the entire run without occupying a pipeline step.

Guaranteed by structure, not by model good behavior
SAM turns the most error-prone, hardest-to-audit parts of modeling into deterministic engineering constraints.
Every number comes from deterministic code
WOE, IV, KS, VIF, PSI and other statistics are computed by deterministic code inside a signed image. Any value a model “works out in its head” is treated as invalid evidence.
A self-invalidating directed acyclic graph
The fourteen modeling steps, Step 0–13, form a self-invalidating DAG. Change any parameter, snapshot or binning and every downstream step — along with approvals already granted — is voided. Only affected steps re-run; earlier runs are preserved in full.
A named signatory at each of fourteen gates
Each of the fourteen human gates has a named signatory. Timeouts suspend the run; nothing ever passes by default. No artifact moves forward unsigned.
One platform for every industry that decides with data
If a business question can be framed as “predict an outcome from historical data”, SAM’s fourteen-step pipeline can analyze, model, validate and release it. Industries differ; the method and the gates stay the same.

- Run #1 · current
Simplified illustration: Step 0–13 dependencies shown as a linear chain; in production they are resolved as a DAG.
The agent offers options. People choose.
Validation cannot be rewritten by development
Independent validation runs in a separate workspace, on a separate sample, with a separate signing key. Development can never rewrite its conclusions.
Key decisions belong to authorized people
Cut-offs, limits and pricing must be chosen by an authorized person on a signed document. The agent supplies options and evidence; people choose and remain accountable.
Every release is an immutable run manifest
Each release produces an immutable Run Manifest that binds six elements into a single release unit. For audits and regulatory inquiries, the manifest lets you replay the entire modeling process.

- People decide the response
Built on thirty years of modeling practice at global financial institutions
Our modeling toolkit descends from tools used for 30 years at JPMorgan’s headquarters, refined over three years in China by seven PhDs and more than ten master’s researchers.
- Benchmarked head-to-head against 200 teams from 60+ vendors and banks, consistently leading on discrimination, model and strategy stability, rank ordering and performance.
- 150+ models co-developed and deployed, with no deviation in the default-probability predictions of the products we serve.
- Modeling projects led by Dr. Qiang Wang have repeatedly ranked first in POCs, beating well-known peers by 10+ KS points.
- Sample handling strictly defines full, bad, good and indeterminate samples and treats interest-only, amortizing and irregular loans separately — so no risk margin creeps into modeling samples.
VDC supplies variables, SAM produces models, DH S1 runs decisions
After VDC cleans data and derives variables for modeling, SAM deploys trained models and strategies in one click to the Deep Hope S1 platform, which feeds updates back while it runs.
Every SAM feature, online, for up to 10,000 samples
Upload up to 10,000 records and run the whole fourteen-step pipeline — data contract to packaged scorecard, human gates included — to see for yourself whether SAM fits your business.

Hand your next scorecard to the SAM agent group
From data contract to production monitoring, every step carries deterministic evidence and a named signature, and can be replayed in full. Try every feature online with up to 10,000 samples, or book a SAM demo.
